15% per name is the working cap, 20% the hard ceiling. Anything above the first is a review; anything above the second is a trim, not a discussion.
The pre-buy gate
A buy needs a DCF showing >20% upside and a named megatrend. Both, not either — a cheap name with no thesis is a value trap with a spreadsheet.
